Doyle Rogers Company formed its full service resort management company, Beaver Management Company in Winter Park , Colorado for its ski resort property acquisitions made in 1982.  Developed around one of Colorado's oldest ski resort chalets, the Lodge at Beaver Village was built in the early 1930's and remains a landmark in the area and a trademark for our resort group. Since its opening in the 1930's, the resort has expanded with the times and today it offers accommodations that any guest or condominium owner could desire.

In the summer months, the resort offers bicycle rentals to ride the Winter Park Bike Trail, and horseback riding, and world-class trout fishing in the Fraser River that runs behind the Lodge and throughout parts of the property.
